1 General Provisions

For accumulator bets, if any event is cancelled, that selection will be removed and winnings will be calculated using the remaining odds. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 498bet reserves the right to void the affected bet.

4 Payment & Transaction Policy

• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through approved payment methods.
• The name on your payment account must match the name on your 498bet account.
• Third-party deposits or withdrawals are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.

To comply with anti-money laundering laws, 498bet may require identity verification for large transactions. Withdrawals will not be processed on deposits that have not been wagered. If any transaction is suspected of irregularity or fraud, 498bet may place it on hold until the investigation is complete.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers at 498bet:

• Every bonus offer has a specific Wagering Requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts by the same person, household, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If your account is closed, any legitimate funds will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to fraud or a breach of Terms, a refund may not be issued. To close your account voluntarily, please contact support.
